Services
Five services that share one team, one delivery process and one standard of quality. Use one, or combine them as your roadmap grows. Either way, you deal with the same accountable people.
What we do
Most engagements start with one service and grow into two or three. The same team carries context from one to the next.
Customer apps, staff tools and partner portals, designed and built by one team. We start from a clickable prototype, ship working software every week, and test every change before it merges. You get an app your customers use and a codebase your own developers can pick up without a rewrite.
We move workloads off aging servers and clean up cloud estates that grew without a plan. Everything is defined as code, deployed through a pipeline and watched by monitoring you can read. The result is fewer outages, routine releases and a monthly bill that tracks usage instead of surprising finance.
Your ERP, CRM, warehouse and payment systems each hold part of the truth. We connect them with APIs, events and scheduled syncs, so orders, stock and invoices move without anyone re-keying them. Every message is logged, failures retry automatically, and your team gets alerts before customers notice a problem.
Independent advice from people who still build software every week. We review your architecture, code, delivery process and vendor contracts, then hand you a prioritized, costed plan. It is written so your team can act on it alone. If you want help delivering it, we can do that too.
Transformation is mostly unglamorous: fewer spreadsheets, fewer email approvals, fewer manual handoffs. We map how work actually flows with the people who do it, automate the repeatable steps, and replace legacy tools in stages. We measure cycle time before and after, so you can see what changed.
Our approach
Four rules shape every engagement, whichever service you start with.
We pick the smallest piece of work that proves the idea and ship it to real users within weeks. Bigger budgets follow evidence, not slide decks, and you can stop at any milestone with something useful.
Designers, engineers, cloud and integration specialists work in one team with one backlog. No handoffs between vendors, no finger-pointing when an app depends on an integration that depends on the cloud.
Tests, code review, dependency scanning and least-privilege access are part of every sprint from day one. They cost far less at the start than they do when bolted on before an audit.
Code, cloud accounts and documentation live in your organization from the start. We write runbooks, record walkthroughs and pair with your engineers, so your team can run the system without us.
How delivery works
We interview stakeholders and users, review existing systems and data, and agree what success looks like in numbers.
You get: a costed, phased roadmap
We prototype the key flows, test them with real users, and sketch the architecture and integrations before anyone writes production code.
You get: a tested clickable prototype
Weekly sprints with a live demo every week. Automated tests, code review and security checks run on every change.
You get: working software every week
Staged rollout with monitoring, alerts and a rollback plan in place. We train your team and stay close for the first weeks.
You get: a calm, reversible go-live
We support, measure and improve what we shipped, or hand it over to your team with runbooks and paired sessions.
You get: a system your team can own
Ways to work together
Pick the shape that fits your risk and budget. Most clients start with a sprint and move to a dedicated team.
Find out what to build, what it costs and what could go wrong.
A cross-functional team that works as part of yours, sprint after sprint.
A defined outcome, a fixed scope and milestone-based delivery.
Every engagement includes a written proposal with team, timeline and cost ranges before you commit to anything.
FAQ
How to pick a starting point, and what to expect.
Start with a short conversation on WhatsApp or by email and describe the problem, not the solution. We'll tell you which service fits, or whether you need us at all. If the scope is unclear, a short Discovery Sprint gives you a costed plan before you commit to a build.
Yes, and most clients do. An app often needs an integration, and both need somewhere to run. One team covers all of it with a single backlog and delivery lead, so there are no handoffs between vendors and nobody waits on a separate contract.
Discovery Sprints and fixed-scope projects have a fixed price agreed up front. Dedicated teams are billed monthly by team size. Every proposal shows the team, timeline, assumptions and cost range in writing, and scope changes are priced before work starts.
A delivery lead plus the engineers, designers and specialists your work needs, usually three to eight people. You meet the senior people before you sign. If someone needs to rotate off, we tell you early and overlap the handover.
No. We work with what you already run where it makes sense, and recommend changes only when there is a clear cost or risk reason. Every recommendation comes with the tradeoffs written down, including the cost of migrating and the cost of staying put.
Yes. We're happy to sign your mutual NDA before the first detailed conversation, or send ours. For projects that touch personal data, we also sign a data processing agreement and agree access rules before anyone sees production systems.
Describe the problem in a sentence or two. A senior engineer will reply with a straight answer and a suggested first step.
